I bought this Vintage Paisley skirt at a second hand store. I love the colors, the length and how it flow with the opening slit on the side. I decided to pair it with a jean shirt and a tank and they wen perfect together for a nice outing or a day of shopping.

Afrolicious Tribe
This is one of my favorite outfits I styled for the Afrolicious Hair Affair. I found these tribal pants and top in the fashion district of downtown LA. I had no idea what I was going to wear so I bought this pretty yellow heart shaped tube dress, a colorful tunic to choose from a couple of days before then at the last minute I put on these pants and realized that the top went perfect with the pants and put on this H&M blazer. I had always planned to wear the mini top hat. You can purchase these in the Afro City store. Oh and the handsome little pooch is my neighbors
Kente Spikes
I love this outfit. I first wore it to the 1st annual Afrolicious Hair Affair I put on in the Hollywood Hills. I love the Ankara Peplum I layered over this stretchy skirt. The skirt looks like jean but its not. I thought it went so well with my Ankara jean earring with spikes that I made. You can find these earrings in my online store. Experimenting with my hair, I put it in a Fro Hawk. I’m loving my make up in this pic. the blue liner is killer 😉
Ankara with Love
I love this African print dress. I found it at a second had store. The print has these amazing hearts in it and it just wraps around your upper body. I wore this dress in my web series Afro City I dont think this dress could ever go out of style. I sell the shoes in my online store.
Ankara Gypsy
I love these pants. I bought them at the Salvation Army. I wasn’t sure how I would style them and one friend wasn’t to sure if they would be cute at all, but I knew I could make them look funky. She calls them Hammer pants. I call the Gypsy, Genie or Harem pants and the outfit came out just like I imagined they would. Paired with my leopard heels, wife beater and chocolate turtle neck sweater shawl. I guess that’s how you would describe it. Talk about comfort & style. I love it. what do you think. would you wear these?
