This is one of my favorite outfits I styled for the Afrolicious Hair Affair. I found these tribal pants and top in the fashion district of downtown LA. I had no idea what I was going to wear so I bought this pretty yellow heart shaped tube dress, a colorful tunic to choose from a couple of days before then at the last minute I put on these pants and realized that the top went perfect with the pants and put on this H&M blazer.  I had always planned to wear the mini top hat.  You can purchase these in the Afro City store.
